Oh boy!  Ferret haikus!  We want to play, too.  Let's see... here's that
pencil that we stole last week and hid under the couch.  And here's a piece
of paper that we found in her jeans pocket.  We're all set.

I've important chores to do.

Those silly humans,
Walking along the sidewalk.
What's wrong with bushes?
 
Racing through my tube.
YIKES!!  Ferret ahead... with teeth!
Backing out now.  Hrmph!
 
Perfect hiding spot!
They will never find me here.
Darn!  (Tail was showing.)
 
Deep in a tunnel,
I smell a mouse!  Pounce, bite, chew.
Oh, was that your toe?
 
What're these button things?
Who knows?  I'll be on my way.
