Hello yall!

Just a quiet day sitting here at the computer when I turned around, blood
everywhere!!

Panic a little then got over it... walked over to Food Stamp, still eating
away but blood is all over the food...

See that there is a piece of chicken at the side of his mouth... seems that
he can't get it out or swallowed... it was stuck... and globs of blood at
the mouth! Bone? Bit himself? Clawed at his mouth and cut himself?

Rush to the vet, 2 minutes drive...

Got the chicken out, could have done it myself at home but I wasted no time
to get to the vet... it stopped bleeding so it looks that he probably
either bit himself in the mouth or something to get the chicken loose.

Vet prescribed Biomox oral suspension, 0.4 ml twice a day, 50mg strenth.
for antibotics purpose... that sound okay with ya'll who knows medicine?
Just wanted to check because it was not my regular vet.

Brought him home, gave him a bath to wash away the blood, cleaned and
disinfected the carrier, tube, carpet, floor, dish, etc.

He finished up his meal (new bowl of food of course) and is fine, he
never showed any sign of pain or distraction in his behavior.

All this in the span of a hour, hope it doesn't happen again!
