I dry my own banana's chips for my 6 kidlets, 40 lbs every month and half.
they love them to pieces and even they love the fresh banana's too. I have
owned a food dryer, since 82 and love it. I just slice up the banana's and
put them in the dryer with out adding any stuff to it, then I freeze the
dried banana chips.

The store banana chips my crew don't like them because they are to sweet
and it has sugar. coconut /palm oil on them. John Hill, if you don't find
a food dryer, I have some plans that you can make your own if you want
them, I will scan them and send them out, if anyone is interested building
one.
