Am deeply interested in ferreting out information relating to the term:

                        demigigous.

The data currently at hand seems to indicate this is a new term (new to
me) that applies to the new breed of ferret that has been developed by the
breeding of the common domestic ferret (M. putorius furo) with the
Siberian polecat (M. eversmanni).

My source indicates that a privately owned breeding colony of demigigous
ferrets exists in Irrigon Oregon. These ferrets are typified by their very
large size, relative to the puny Marshall Farms wimps.

Demigigous defined:

Demi: one that partly belongs to a specific type or class.

   Gigous: large, huge, gigantic

Is there any information available on this subject?
