Christine (and Remmy) you are doing the right thing by not supporting "the
industry".
 
To the person trying to get the pet store (Indiana?  Illinois?) to take
better care of the ferrets <sigh> try talking to the manager - go in
everday and talk to the manager, maybe they'll get tired of hearing it and
do something.  I'm not sure what you expect out of a pet store selling
"easter bunnies" though.
