Don't take this as excusing the person who "borrowed" artwork / pictures
from your site, but there is something about the web that you need to
understand - it is a free forum and the intention of the web as written
by its founder is that it is shared and not hidden - hiding is taboo in
webland!
 
You are able to grab, and take and whatnot - UNLESS there is copyright or
a request for a link to x page if you "borrow" artwork from another site.
So, I would suggest that until steaming off at this other person that you
rethink how your website is structured - if you don't like the way that it
works, maybe you should look at another forum for posting pictures.
 
Sorry to be on their side, but as a web crafter, that is the rule - read up
on any internet primer and you will find this to be the case for yourself...
