I've had several people ask, so thought I'd send this as a "blanket"
permission. ;-D

 ******
Permission is hereby granted to *anyone* who wishes to use my post
"Nutrition - A Talk With a Biochemist" (From FML#2627, or FAIML#269 dated
3/24/1999) on or for any *not-for-profit* use, such as websites,
newsletters, handouts, et al, without cost, provided proper credit is given
and the following conditions are met:

1) Since the conversation dealt not just with ferret nutrition, but with
Bob Church's Chicken Gravy Recipe in particular, Bob's recipe and
directions for making it must be included as a concurrent article. (Bob
has given me permission to request this)

2) Nothing in the post may be changed.

3) You must include the following statement from me:
"Disclaimer: This is an attempt to summarize a conversation with a
Professor of Biochemistry, Animal Nutrition and Toxicology, and any errors
in conveying the information are mine alone. If in doubt about anything,
please consult your Veterinarian. Bob Church's Chicken Gravy recipe and
directions Copyright (c) Bob Church, 1998/1999"

4) No charge may be made for the information beyond usual and customary
copying costs, or the usual cost of the subscription to the newsletter or
magazine.

5) You may use excerpts that do not specifically mention the gravy,
provided that conditions 2, 3, 4 and 6A are met.

6) A - Please email me the URL of the website you post the information on,
or send a copy of the newsletter, magazine or handout you include it
in, whichever applies. (My address is POBox 26928, El Paso, TX 79926)
B - Send this to Bob Church also.

I reserve the right to cancel permission to anyone who abuses it, at any
time.

*******
I noticed that some of my posts to the FML print without a lot of the
punctuation marks (the ones to the FAIML print correctly)... If you'd like
the original post emailed to you, complete with all punctuation <g> please
let me know.

Remember, this post was just a summary of my conversation with Stan...
it's not easy trying to condense 4 hours of information, which was in
itself a condensation of 2 years worth of undergraduate level
biochemistry/nutrition, into 2 pages of summary. <VBG>
