Anybody know what the difference between ferretone and linatone (or any of
the other similar products) is?  I always assumed they were pretty much the
same thing, but now I notice that linatone is significantly more expensive,
appears to have a higher ratio of real ingredients to preservatives, and
seems to be made by an...er, well a company I might be a little more likely
to trust in these matters.
 
This came up because my long-suffering dog recently announced she would no
longer eat her food unless it had feretone/linatone on it, and I was trying
to decide whether I could get away with just stocking one of the two
products in my house.
