I posted a while back that I was thinking about adding a kitty to my fuzzy
family. I was hoping to find a gentle, lapcat that loves ferrets (LOL!).
Well, I found one! My girlfriend's new boyfriend doesn't like cats, so she
is getting rid of her persian to make him happy...(ya, right...). Anyway,
this kitty is a year old, is a friendly lapcat, and loves ferrets. My
girlfriend's son has 3 ferrets (he is the one who introduced me to the
wonderful world of fuzzies!) and this cat plays with them. And last year
when I moved, she took care of Lucy & Greta for me for a week, and the cat
played with them while they were there. I get her, (Matty) next weekend.
I think it will work out great because Lucy is getting really bored. Greta
kinda does her own thing by herself, so Lucy comes to me to entertain her,
which I do, but I'm just not a ferret, if you know what I mean...

I'll let you know how it goes next week!

I just got done ferret-proofing one of my dressers (again) and now they
have ripped off the carboard on the bottom of the other dresser.Time for
the big staple-gun!  Ferret-proofing is a never-ending battle ...(sigh)

Barb and the ever-lovin' fuzzies;
Lucy (am I really getting a giant fuzzy to play with? I can't wait!)
& Greta (don't mind me, I'll just be sleeping in one of these cozy
dresser drawers...zzzzz)
