Hi,
 
My shelter at one time sold those stickers, very nice.  They say, " in case
of emergency please rescue pet ferrets," and there are boxes for you to
check whether they are loose or caged and where and how many ferrets.
Also a place to put contact info and vet's name and number.  If there is
a demand for them, please email or icq me privately, and I will see what I
can do about getting them available.
