First i want to thank all who responded to my post about a pregnant shelter
ferret, Alicia gave me some wonderful advise.  I was really suprised when i
got a call from a very helpful woman from Virginia!
 
She is a breeder and gave me so much great information.  I'm sorry to say
that I lost her number and e-mail addy, but i think her name was Sue.  I
hope when she reads this that she will e-mail me so i can get her name
right if its wrong.  What a nice lady, i feel lucky to have you guys to
ask questions to, I was afraid of being flamed for letting a shelter ferret
have a litter but I have no choice.  thanks again for all the help.
 
Now, today i checked her because she seemed to be licking a lot by her rear
area.
 
Her vulva is swollen a little and seems to have a clear discharge, not a
whole lot though.
 
So i figure the kits are soon to arrive, need some expert advice......
Well my vet will be here tomorrow to look at 20 ferrets and maybe do a
surgery if theres time, so just maybe, if luck has it they'll arrive when
shes here!!!
 
well gotta go take care of the fuzzys, you all have a ferrefic day!
