Reply to question on if I was putting down ferrets .:
NO you silly goose.  I love the stinkers.  I was referring to the many
women I know and meet who think ferrets look like rats, and crinkle their
nose in that ugly rude way Even my family will not be there for me when
my ferts die.  They are totally non-supportive.  No one will even touch
them.But FML will understand the feelings I will experience.  That is what
I meant.  I took my rescued deaf fert that was kept in a bath tub out
today.  Very squirmy, as usual.  We met over a dozen young men in our
travels to car wash and emissions testing, bank, and dry cleaners.  Know
what they ALL said when they saw me with a fert?
 
They said" I have a ferret.
 
They are totally awesome.  I have two ferrets.  They are totally awesome.
Or, look everyone- a ferret.  Wow.  AWESOME." Every where we went, we heard
the delighted voices of yound men who thought that ferts were awesome.
What a great day.
