Well, I sit here with a very cute white fella in my lap. He begged to sit
up here while I checked my email. I couldn't resist and since his head is
on my left arm, I'm typing one handed. The things we do for our critters.
Besides, any time granted in the lap by his lordship is to be cherished.
<grin>

Onto the ferret sighting. The last episode of "Providence" heavily
featured a very cute and extremely well behaved sable who had a bad leg.
The little fellow was in a tiny carry cage, but sat looking bright,
interested and didn't seem to fuss at all. Very polite little fella. If
only mine were as genteel. :)

Cheers!
Matthew.

P.S. I've started a series of ferret water colour sketches that may well
turn into full blown paintings. If I do start the "serious" work, I'm
thinking about putting together a children's book. If you'd like to see
the first sketch (it is VERY rough), it is up on my server at
www.dogstar.org/ferret/SHERLOCK.JPG. A full gallery of work (constantly
being expanded) is at www.dogstar.org/gallery/galhome.html.
