We all have a purpose in life and seems like your shelter is one of your
purposes.  Would like to make a suggestion - the ferrets that are brought
to you why not ask the owner's for a fee to them to find a new home?  We
can't help all animals.  I know people may get mad if I say this, but think
about the cows,goats,pigs and animals killed for food.  You don't see
people complaining someone had to kill them for their dinner.  Can you
look at ferret's in this manner and maybe you won't be so upset/mad about
owner's of animals.  This is just a suggestion.  I would love to help all
the people being abused, but I can't.  Sometimes all I can do is cry and
pray.  Here in WA there are many people trying to educate people about
ferret's so if we all can try to do this when in a Pet Store or elsewhere
this would help ferret's in general.
 
Also, when I read about the diseases and costs of medical care this does
help me to consider adding more or not.  So it's good to have this reminder.
