I too enjoy your magazine.  I enjoy the personal touch and, especially, the
humor.  One reader/list subscriber got a bug, um somehwere uncomfortable,
about your mag for some reason - but that doesnt mean that person's
opinions are widely held.  I think a lot of people post their crankiness to
lists just to get an audience.  You must get disrespectful letters to the
editor now & then - if it hasnt happened yet it will - but you can just
ignore them or give them the answer they deserve.  When they post to a list
that includes many of your current & potential customers that must feel
threatening - but you don't have to defend yourselves.  Everyone who reads
your magazine recognizes its quality just as everyone who read htat
person's post could recognize raving when they saw it!
