Hi,
I went home for Christmas.  I no sooner took my coat off and my father
handed me a newspaper picture of a lady carrying a big beautiful ferret.
I braced myself expecting the worse.
 
But happily to my surprise, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel had written a
very educational and informative article quoting the club"s president, Cam
McIntosh and founder and Vice-President, Judy Vowell.  They did a very nice
job of going to a pet store owner quoting how people come in not ever
considering a ferret as a pet only to return the next day to buy one.
 
My congratulations to the club and thanks to the Milwaukee Journal
Sentinel for presenting a very educational article on ferrets as pets.
 
The article was in the Thursday, December 17 paper and is the lead story
with excellent picture on the front page of the Neighborhood section.
