Reiko was neutered last week.  He is about 4 or 5 yrs old.  Well, he has
developed this rash or red place....actually it is 2 red places, just above
his little private area, on each side.  They are red marks about the size
of a dime each.  Real red.  Anyone seen this?  I called the vet and she
said that it was probably just where he was trying to scratch it.  But the
2 places are the same size...is there some reaction he might be having?
She didn't think that there was anything to worry about--that they
sometimes scratch as it heals and it is normal.  But I would like to know
if it could be another sign.  I would think if there was an infection it
would be in the area of the incision tho.
