>Note: I DO NOT use rat or evil as a negative!!!! I adore them all!!!!!
>Rat has become a pet name, with absolutely no negative connotations (and
>we only use it with family).
Ann, I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who affectionately calls my
ferrets rats and evil. *g* In fact, each of my kids have nicknames that
some people might raise a brow at if they didn't know how much I adore my
little monsters. Zorro, a sable who tends to be on the thin side, has
among other nicknames the moniker Evil Rat Boy. Claudia is a butterscotch
girl whom I've been told resembles an opossum, so she is sometimes called
the Possum Monster from Boggy Creek. Loki is known as the Big Bad Evil
Lunkachunk because of his, um, portliness. Fezzik, my hyper albino boy, is
sometimes referred to as the Red Eyed Demon. Lastly, Crysin, a sable boy
who resembles a raccoon, has been nicknamed the Evil Raccoon from Hell.
And I would imagine we're not the only people who sometimes call our
furkids by less-than-flattering names. *g*
Dooks,
Lisa
Mom of Zorro, Claudia, Loki, Fezzik, and Crysin
