Where to buy a harness

I was looking in the petstores last week for a harness, but couldn't find a
small one.  I know ferrets should have a special kind to prevent choking.
I was wondering where to buy one.  I prefer to order by mail or from the
internet, since I don't have a car and it's hard to get a ride any where
a bus won't go.
