I've been contacted about a ferret found on 3/11/99.  It was found on
the Spot Road Connector between Chadwick Crossing subdivision & Sawnee
Elementary School in Cumming, GA.
 
The party keeping the little one says it was in very good condition - good
weight & clean - so it probably wasn't out for very long.  It will be cared
for by them for the next week to see if the owner can be found.  If the
owner cannot be found it will be surrendered to Ferret Business & put up
for adoption.
 
Rescues seem to have their own ferret multiplication syndrome & if this
little one ends up w/us, foster ferrets in our care will number 26.  We
have wonderful fuzzies anxiously awaiting homes of their own.  Please
consider adoption whether you're looking for your 1st fuzzy or succumbing
to ferret math.
