Thank you all for your responses.  It is so wonderful to be able to get the
advise of so many so quickly.
 
Pan went to the vet today.  He was neutered, but not descented.  He's
pretty drowsy.  I hope he's better by morning.
 
I spoke to the Humane Society last evening and they said that they have
been trying to close the pet store that Pan came from down for years.  I
hope we can find out where he is getting these sweet unneutered babies
from.
