>Subject: People Who Have 2+ Ferrets
>I am a bit curious as to why people have more then two ferret's?

Why do people have more than one kid (human)?

Ferrets are just addictive! Many find it hard to say "no" to a needy
ferret, find that they need a youngster to help their oldsters stay young
and then the youngster needs a buddy more his own age, etc.

>I would think how people can afford all the food, vets and other things.

Many vets do give discounts for treatment of mulitple animals, so that is
a bonus. Ferrets don't REALLY eat all that much so a little extra in food
doesn't really make that much of a difference.

>We are new owner's and quickly learning so much about the ferret's.

New owners, eh? You'll see. "Ferret Math" will strike your house soon and
then you will understand more clearly that it IS an addiction!
