I ordered this from Barnes and Noble.com.  I placed the order for it and
waited and waited and waited.  It never came.  I wrote them an email and
gave them the order number and my name and the ISBN number.  They wrote
back and said that they had no record of that order being placed.  I
thought "well crap".  So I gave up for a time, on finding the book.  Then
last Monday I got an email saying your Barnes and Noble order just shipped.
Later that week it arrived.  It was worth the wait!  It has so much more
detailed information than the 1st edition.  I'm just glad I didn't order it
from somewhere else because it's sort of expensive and I woudn't have
wanted to buy it twice.
