You are lucky then.  I am sure they are somewhat competent or they would be
totally out of business.
 
When I walk into the office at 5pm with an ill ferret (which died hours
later) and they tell me the vet on call doesn't treat ferrets (she was
filling in) and then two hours later the same vet insists on preforming a
scheduled prolapse surgery on a ferret kit (which resulted in death a few
hours later), I question them.  My ferret was not looked at (I didn't even
get to uncover him from his blanket), x-rayed, or examined - yet in the
same breath I was told that they could "put him down" - without even
knowing what was wrong with him!
 
I take my guys to them for health certificates and rabies vaccines (if my
vet can't get me in or it is just one ferret), but anytime it was more than
that it resulted in death!  And what is the chance of two of "my" ferrets
dying as a result of this place in the SAME DAY!
