Hi everyone
I have been reading all the lists regarding ED's shelter. ED....as far as
I can see...you need to watch how people are when they look to adopt a
ferret. how they are with them after an hour will tell you in your heart
how these people would be like with the ferts in there own homes.......my
point here is:
I was at our local SPCA one day with a friend who was looking for a dog....
well hubby & I saw some ferrets there....we had our own 2 at the time....
anyway... I wanted to go and play with them for a while. One of the female
sable i was holding bite me on the neck...just got the skin and was hanging
on.... I asked my hubby to help me out.....he came over and blew in her
face... (maybe it was bad breathe..hehe) but she let go right away. Then I
continued to play with her. My ferrets never bit me but I never panicked
at her bite. My hubby laughed when he saw this sweetie attacked to my
throat, she was just sooo happy to play with me :))))
NOW........I had dogs and a grandson who cames to stay for a month ( he
lives in another province) does all this mean I would make a "BAD ferret
mommy".......
ED......you need to follow your heart....what it tells you when you see
these loving people play with these sweethearts and how the ferrets react
to the people.
I hope everyone here understands what I am trying to say here......some
people could never pass ED's teats for adopting....I know I couldn't :((
These poor babies could have had great loving home to go to ....... My
heart goes to ED's ferrets xoxoxoxo thats for them.
a ferret lover and a lover of ALL animals
