I had posted once before about Dr. Miller of Austin, TX saving my ferret
boys life.  I didn't mention the other vets that weren't good and made me
aware of how special Dr. Miller is.  Dr. Miller listened, called me at all
hours for updates and with new info on histiopaths, gave me his home phone
number for any questions any time and didn't give up (even when he had his
doubts) because I didn't give up.  Let me make payments, held checks till I
had the money together.  Called every resource he had to try and help, and
most important, my ferret is alive.  We really need to compile a list that
is easily accessible to anyone, net user or not, send it to petstores,
shelters, humane society, better bus.  bureau etc.  It would be so helpful
to new and old owners alike.
