That is the best service I have ever dealt with.  I order my Totally Ferret
from them and Kathy has been a great person to know.
 
Recently I ordered a bag of TF and some treats...she forgot to include the
treats witht he TF so she e-mailed me to let me know that she will send the
treat up and put in a second one free of charge!
 
By the way Kathy, my ferret are crazy for these, they never had them before
but loves them from the first time!
 
I encourage you to do business with her, you will not find a better
customer service and the prices are very reasonable.
