Dear FMLer's
 
As of 8:00PM August 24, 1998, Ferret Friends Disaster Response International
(FFDRI) went from Disaster Watch status to Disaster Alert Status for the
following:
 
Southern Texas Del Rio area - Disaster Alert (MASSIVE FLOODING)
 
Savannah GA to boarder of VA - Disaster Alert (Hurricane Bonnie)
 
It is advised that all Children of fur, feathers, scales, shells and hooves
parents as well as the shelters in the Eastern Seaboard of the United States
visit the FFDRI web Site at
http://www.worldaccessnet.com/~ferretma/ffdri1.html
Print up the Disaster Manual and fill out the forms now.  Also there are
links in our site that can assist you in receiving other disaster
preparedness and response information.
 
To remind everyone -- should the FFDRI change status from "Disaster Alert"
to "Disaster Response" the E-mail address will change to [log in to unmask] -
all messages from this address should be taken seriously and responded to
As soon as possible.
