Hair loss

Nicki is losing hair on her tail and underside.  I can see blackheads on
her tail, and I've been washing it most every day, but the hair loss is
moving up her rear end.  The top of her tail and back are a little thin,
but her butt and tummy are really thin.  Is this the beginning of adreanal,
or it just because she's getting old?  She's going to be 5 years old on
Tuesday.
