Yes I know the subject sounds boring but I have gotten a lot of emails
wondering why all of my past adoptees are residing on another shelter's
page. The answer is that I have just been too busy caring for ferrets I
never had time to transfer any of the info over to my shelter site.

I finally took a few mintues and made a listing of the adoptees from my
shelter for 1997 and 1996.

now the legalities and plea part of the post ......

It seems the site that has all of the pics of my past shelter ferrets
intends to copyright them, at least thats what I have heard through the
grapevine. This means that even though they were my ferrets adopted from
my shelter the foster parent that took the pictures of them, opened a
shelter early this year after I left the Cleveland area late last year,
and has them posted under their shelter site and claims ownership. Why a
shelter that has only been in operation since early this year would even
want to claim the adoptions from another shelter is beyond me but I can't
use any of them on my pages without risk of copyright infringement in the
future. If anyone is versed in copyright law please email me and let me
know if the copyright on the other shelters part is even legal.

If any of you on this list have any pictures of any of my adoptees from
1997 or 1996 could you please send them to me for posting. Sadly some of
the adoptees have crossed the bridge and I fear I may never have a picture
of them for my site.
