Won't stop sneezing

My 17 week old albino ferret Lilly will not stop sneezing.  After talking
to the vet she suggested Lilly might have allergies.  The vet gave her
Chlorphenaramine 4mg and told me to break them in quarters and give to Lilly
twice a day if needed.  She is still sneezing.  She will also gag and cough.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
