A friend needs your advice:
 
Situation:
 
Female, 3 years old.
Newly purchased female 4 month old.
After one week's introduction, 4mo old (obviously) bounces all around 3 yo
which runs away and hides.  Owner needs advice on how to get 3 yo to play
with 4mo.
