Actually, Petco stopped selling iguanas only after months of contact with
Minnesota Herpetological Society & Reptile & Environmental Education.  This
group was much more organized than the House Rabbit Society and the ferret
community might be able to make a difference using similar forceful
arguments.  I'll definitely be sending Petco a letter regarding their sale
of ferrets in the Seattle area; without information, to whomever has the
money.  Check the following web sites.
