In answer to the lady wishing to partition off a part of the basement for
her ferrets and wanted to know what material to use.
 
wonderful stuff, plexiglass, clear see through, slick, non chewable, can be
cut into sections, drilled and nailed to columns or posts and can also be
drilled for hinges and latches.  Great stuff to close off stairwells and
still keep the beauty of the home.  You design it, go to hardward stores
(Home Depot - Payless - Lowe's) and the cut it to size.
