We have an albino ferret, that we acquired through rescue.  It appears that
she has come into heat.  I am puzzled, because she is tattooed in her ear,
leading me to believe she is an MF ferret.  Is there any illness, that I
have missed, that would lead to a swollen vulva.  She is swollen about 1/2
as much as what she would be in full heat.  I need to know, as I will breed
her, if she is okay to breed, or get her spayed ASAP.  Living in a rural
community, I would like to know if anyone, in the Las Vegas, Nv., area has a
good vet.  Out here, they only do vaccinations.
