Long Term effects of Vaccination Reaction?

Poor Mr. Sluggo had a pretty serious reaction to his distemper vaccine.  He
didn't go into shock, but passed blood, projectile vomited - quite enough
reaction for me thank you!
 
He did pull out of it thanks to our "corner vet's" quick work with the epi.
 
My question is, has anyone had a ferret with any kind of long term effects
from a distemper vaccine reaction?  Other then a sensitivity to the
following yearly boosters?
