Wow!  What a great response to my problem regarding ferrets and their
possible odour as they mature.  I really appreciate all of your information.
 
Everyone seems to agree that frequent bathing will potentially INCREASE the
musty odour because of oil production.  Would the same be true if the ferret
only swims in the water and is not exposed to any shampoo?
