I think we got Cujo back on antibiotics just in time.  Over the weekend,
the abscess went down a bit.  I am going to talk to Dr Shaffer about maybe
putting him on an off and on schedule of baytril and clavamox.  Maybe
something like 2 weeks on and one week off.  I know he can't be on them
continually, BUT as soon as he goes off them for 10 days to two weeks, the
abscess comes back.
 
Vets or anyone....any suggestions on alternatives to those antibiotics or
a schedule to keep Cujo alive but not let the bugs mutate to be drug
resistant?
