Ditto here.  We were particularly annoyed, since it was obvious from this
that it was a form letter of sorts and that no one had even really read the
letter or payed any attention to what was actually *said*.  The main reason
we know this is because in plain English at the bottom of our letter we
wrote "cc: Dan Taylor, CA State Director".
 
What will it take to get people to listen? :(
