Ok, Ok, I know this topic was covered already but I didn't know what the
hell you guys were talking about. Last night Baby and I went to the Home
Depot in London, Ont. to see what everyone was talking about. They sell a
40 lb. bag of stove pellets for around $3,50, or so the woman helping me
thought. that seems pretty good. Do they work well? control smell?
absorb 'stuff'? You can email me privately.
Also, I bought a beautiful little male silver/sable ferret from a backyard
breeder and would like to find a home for him. I have three babies right
now, and am planning on adopting my foster ferret from the Humane Society,
so i bought him with the intention of finding him a good home. If there
are ferret experienced people out there who would like to adopt him, I'd
let him go in Dec. otherwise he'll be staying untill after Xmas, since he
needs to be socialized, and Xmas is just too hectic for a new baby.
He'll be getting his shots, and will eventually be neutered, and will be
adopted for the cost of these vet bills. If you want him, and live around
London, and have a vet you prefer, I will have him neutered there and
release him after his stiches come out. I'm also asking for an additonal
$15 to recoup part of the $25 I paid for him, food etc( I'll soon have my
own adoptee to neuter.) I'll be shopping around to get the best prices for
the vet services( my vet is far from cheap) and I will not be making any
money from him. He's a gorgeous boy, around three months old, and very
playful, but still really jumpy, and very clingy when you pick him up.
This morning after we played and I had to shake him , gently, out of the
flexible tubing, I held him on my chest and he put his little head under my
chin and sighed and started to go to sleep. Help! I can't afford another
ferret! His mother was a silver and father a sable and he is quite
beautiful. He has a silvery brown mask and back, legs etc. with white
toes/mitts and bib, and a tail that's light at the base, and darker at the
tip and really wild, curly guard hairs. He's very sweet. Please take him
away before I get attached.
