Ah Gentle Readers. Emotions come into play here. but........To all who
suggest anything other than 'return the ferret'..the law will not support
you. The facts are: Someone agreed to ferretsit for the summer. The girl
now wants her ferret back. Nothing else would be considered in a court of
law. The ferret's destination is heresay and could not be taken into
consideration. Only the direct agreements of the 'contract', can be
considered. In this case, 'someone' will look after ferret for the summer
and owner will pick up ferret.
The ferret MUST be released to the rightful owner with no conditions.
Period. To do anything other could be considered theft.
