Well I talked with the vet while I was at work today. He told me that Loki
still couldn't walk, appeared to be blind. He has had some regular poops
and some runny poops. The enteritis is running it's course and at least my
baby has survived it so far. He still has an aversion to the right also.
The dx. is probably mennigitis etiology distemper virus. It isn't full
blown distemper though. I told the vet that I would be there after work to
pick him up. I almost told him to put Loki down.

When I got there after work, I was waiting in the waiting room, and he came
out and asked us to come in to the exam room. We walked in and Loki was
lying on the table curled to the right. I said there is my baby Loki
Monster. He looked up at me and his tail started wiggling. Yes my baby
loves me! The doctor said that Loki isn't blind he was just having trouble
using his muscles. He still can't walk, but he CAN drag himself with his
front feet and he is starting to try to use the back ones. YES!!! I think
my boy is gonna pull through this. I have two medications for him. Metryl
solution .1ml every 12 hours and Clavamox .5 ml every 12 hours. He was
feeding him meat baby food with nutrical added to it.

I am going to feed him my version of duck soup which is better for him....

I want to thank everyone for their support and love that has been sent to
me here and in the e-mail. I think that the worst of it is done.

Ron & Loki....
