This just sickens me.  Another example of someone not put away for other
crimes who gets an opportunity to do something even more sicker.  If they
need anyone to flick the switch on this disgusting scum, I'm within driving
distance and would have no qualms.  Torturing animals is indicative of a
very sick individual.  Most serial killers begin with animals.
