Hi, I normally just lurk, but have been nursing my sick one year old little
boy for nearly a month and am desperate.  After three vets (1500.00) it
still might be pneumonia or lung tumors?  he's gotten better with
antibiotics and lots of duck soup and pedialyte but not well, he still has
to be hand fed (won't make the effort at all on his own) and is very week
in the back legs.  Better but not well, the x-rays showed a maybe spot on
one lung, then a definite spot, then a little bit smaller spot, the vet
said lungs are nearly impossible to treat for tumors is this right?  is the
drug dexamethasone(?) an antibiotic or ?  could it help any sickly baby?  I
don't have children I have ferrets :) and am willing to try everything to
help.  thank you susan, sick Bartelby, healthy girls nina and sabina(told
you girls were stronger)
