NH Rabies Bill on the way to the Governor's Desk

The sponsor of our new ferret bill granting ferrets a 10 day quarantine
period in the case of a bite to a human, Representative Bob L'Heureux,
called to say that the bill passed the Senate and was on it's way to the
governor for her signature.  Our governor is ferret friendly so there are
no problems expected from that quarter.
