Well, I found out that Sammy has Insulinoma.  The vet thinks that the reason
Sammy was getting so ill was because his blood glucose level was falling too
low.
 
At least I now know what the problem is so I can treat it.
 
There is also a good chance the Buddy's Saga might start back up again.
