At the SOS show the Baltimore Ferret Club sponsors to support three
deserving shelters that serve Maryland one of our daughters favorite ferrets
did well. Those who remember Courtney's appearance on the Nickelodeon show
"Figure It Out" might also remember seeing a ferret she called "Sweet Swede
from Sweden". This jill more formally known as Quality Ferret's Bestla of
Zen took a third place ribbon in the "Green Card" ring we sponsored for
immigrant ferrets and their descendants. She also took first place in the
Siamese (point) specialty ring. All of the ferrets that took a first place
were re-evaluated and Bestla was honored as "Most Special Ferret" for the
whole show! Please tolerate and indulge our little celebration of our
ferret and Courtney's hard work...

We were also please to meet or renew acquaintances with several FML
subscribers at the show!

The show also appeared to have been successful at its primary mission of
raising funds to support these three very worthy shelters!
