Just found out that the two found ferrets at the Edison Municipal Shelter
only arrived on Monday and on Tuesday so if you are missing a ferret and
live in that area get over there.  They will hold them till they can be
adopted (for an $8 pick-up fee): the coming Monday for one and Tuesday for
the other.  (Yes, this varies from what another person said in another of
their offices...) We are arranging for the person who reported them to pick
them up next week and (hopefully) adopt one and get the other to a shelter
which can barely squeak in one more.
