I watched Wild Rescues on Animal Planet and was annoyed at what I saw.
There was a woman on who ran a rehab clinic for wild animals.  She started
off by talking about bears and lions/tiger and mountain lions.  She then
stated something to this affect: Ferrets are wild animals.  THey have been
known to seriously bite and injure children.  They are wild animals that
should not be kept as pets.  What a joke.  PLease contact the Discovery
Channel to make them aware of their error.
