I've begun the process of publishing our shelter's newsletter, "Ferret
Footnotes," in a form that can be converted to an Adobe Acrobat PDF file and
viewed on the web or downloaded for later viewing.  So far I've only placed
our February issue online.  Go to the URL listed in my signature below and
you'll see the link to the newsletter page just below our home page banner.
 
In order to view this and future newsletters (and perhaps past), you will
need Adobe's Acrobat PDF reader.  This is a FREE download from
http://www.adobe.com.  If you have the latest and greatest versions of
Internet Explorer or Netscape, then you probably already have it built-in
to your browser.  In that case, you need only click on the newsletter icon
and it will be loaded into the Acrobat reader.  They're going to be big
(200k+), compared to a standard web page, so be patient during the download!
 
Comments, kudos, suggestions, etc., are welcome!  Since the newsletter was
printed and mailed out in February, it would be too late to point out any
typos or spelling errors.  Barbara Ludt and Angela both go over it with a
fine tooth comb before printing, so I doubt you'll find any!  (Didn't mean
to make that sound like a challenge :-)).
